Senior Hockey Pre Season (Gym Based)

A 12-week gym-based strength, speed and power programme for hockey players preparing for pre-season and the demands of the upcoming campaign.

Built for players with gym experience who want structure around training, matches and performance.

What’s included:

- 2 gym-based sessions and 1 aerobic fitness pitch session per week for 12 weeks

- Strength, speed and power development

- Nutrition advice for strength and aerobic fitness sessions

- Exercise videos through the StrengthFarm app

- Progressive loading across the 12-week programme
