Built for players with gym experience who want structure around training, matches and performance.

2 gym-based sessions and 1 aerobic pitch session per week for 12 weeks

Strength, speed and power development

Nutrition advice for strength and aerobic fitness sessions

Exercise videos through the StrengthFarm app

Progressive loading across the 12-week programme
