Timmy’s qualifications include a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s Twickenham. He serves as the National Weightlifting Head Coach for Northern Ireland and is also a certified British Weight Lifting Tutor for levels 1 and 2. Additionally, Timmy is an accredited coach with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).</image:caption>
